Shipping & Delivery Policy

No physical shipping

Genesis Technologies provides digital services only — custom software development, integrations and related technical services. No physical products are sold or shipped, so no shipping charges apply and there is no courier delivery. We serve customers in India and internationally.

How services are delivered

• Installation or deployment directly on your website, server or hosting account, using access you provide; or
• Delivery of source code, plugin/module files or documentation by email, secure download link or a code repository; and
• Confirmation of delivery sent to your registered email address, with a short handover note.

When delivery starts

The delivery period starts once (a) the scope is confirmed, (b) payment is verified, and (c) the access or information required for the project has been provided. The confirmed delivery date is shared with you in writing (order confirmation, quotation, email or WhatsApp) before work begins.

Typical delivery times

These are typical delivery times for a standard scope. Your exact delivery date is confirmed in writing before development starts.

“Business days” means Monday to Saturday, excluding public holidays in India.

On-time delivery guarantee

If we do not deliver the agreed scope within the agreed delivery time, you can claim a 100% refund of the amount paid for that project. See our Refund & Cancellation Policy for details and the situations in which the delivery time is extended.

Delivery confirmation and acceptance

After delivery, please review the work and report any issue within 7 days. Issues within the agreed scope are fixed at no extra cost.
