We do not collect or store full card numbers, CVV codes or banking passwords. Card payments are handled entirely by the payment provider on its secure checkout.

• To review your requirements, prepare quotations and deliver the services you order.

Uploaded files

Files you attach to a project request are stored privately on our server, are not publicly accessible and are only available to authorised staff working on your request.

The public website does not use advertising or tracking cookies. A strictly necessary session cookie is used only for the administrator area.

Retention

We keep order and payment records for as long as required for accounting and legal purposes. Inquiries that do not lead to an order are deleted when no longer needed. You may ask us to delete your information where we are not required to retain it.

We use HTTPS, hashed passwords, access controls, server-side validation and restricted file storage to protect your data. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we take reasonable measures to protect your information.
