Who you are paying

Payments on this website are made to Genesis Technologies, India, for custom software development and related digital services described on our Services pages. The merchant name shown on your card or bank statement will identify Genesis Technologies or our payment partner.

Accepted payment methods

Available methods are shown on the checkout page and depend on the payment provider enabled for your country. They may include international credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), and — for customers in India — UPI, net banking and bank transfer. Card payments are processed on the payment provider's secure, PCI-DSS compliant checkout. We never see, collect or store your full card number or CVV.

Currency

Prices are listed in US Dollars (USD). Where supported, customers in India may pay the equivalent amount in Indian Rupees (INR). The final amount and currency are shown before you confirm payment. For international payments, your bank may apply its own currency conversion rate and foreign transaction fees.

Taxes and invoices

For customers in India, GST is applied as required by law and shown on the tax invoice. For customers outside India, services are billed as an export of services. An invoice is emailed for every successful payment and is available on request.

Order creation

An order is created when you submit a project request. Each order receives a unique Order ID, which is used as the reference for payments, invoices and support.

Payment confirmation and verification

A payment is treated as successful only after it has been verified on our server — through the payment provider's API or signed notification, or, for bank transfers, after we confirm the funds have been received. A browser redirect or on-screen message alone is not treated as confirmation. You receive an email once payment is verified.

Custom projects and quotations

For quote-based services, payment is requested only after you review and approve the written quotation.

Development commencement and delivery

Development starts after payment is verified and the requirement review is complete. Delivery times and our on-time delivery guarantee are described in the Shipping & Delivery Policy.

Failed or duplicate payments

If a payment fails or is cancelled, your order stays open and you can try again from the checkout link. If money was deducted but the payment shows as failed, or if you were charged twice, contact us with your Order ID — the amount is either confirmed against your order or refunded in full to the original payment method.

Refunds

Refunds are handled according to our Refund & Cancellation Policy, including a 100% refund if we don't deliver within the agreed delivery time.

Disputes and chargebacks

If you have a concern about a payment, please contact us first — most issues are resolved within 1–2 business days. Raising a chargeback without contacting us may delay resolution; we will provide the payment provider with the order, communication and delivery records.

Security

All pages are served over HTTPS. Payment status is always verified server-side, and payment notifications are signature-checked before any order is updated.
